Laxmi Group: Jumeirah Islands

​The Laxmi group's residential abode spanning across 10000 sq.ft in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, is a project that has claimed minimalism and sanctuary at the same time. Being partially demolished and rebuilt with an additional built up area being purchased from Nakheel, the Mansion gets rid of its Andalusian design features, originally assigned to it and brings in sleek and minimalistic design feature. With vast glazings and a 7 meter tall back window overlooking the lake, the house stands to create an impression.

From formal and informal living areas to outdoor BBQ areas, the house has multiple expanses for varying scenarios including a recreational area on the first floor that opens up to a 800sq.ft terrace overlooking the front yard.

The house also consists of a double heighted washroom and a skylight in two washrooms, along with a walk in wardrobe in each bedroom.

Custom made Norwegian wool rugs complete the project with an accent of color.
